What is chakra?

Usually chakras in our body denote the important physical points where there is a hidden form of energy and it is not used until the chakras are activated. It is not an easy task to activate the chakras within our body because it requires a lot of hard work and you need to be patient to achieve this. It may take a tire lifetime for someone while the other person could achieve it within a few years. But in reality, to activate the chakras it will take at least 40 years starting from our birth and this is possible only with the help of chakra meditation. The seven chakras are completely connected with one another and so it is important to concentrate on them together rather trying to meditate only with the help of the single chakra.

The first one that control the fundamental needs of r food is root chakra and you need to concentrate on it with 7 minutes. The next chakra that lies below your navel is called as sacral chakra. With the help of this chakra, it is possible to control your creative energies and concentrate it on 6 minutes. You need to decrease your meditation time by one minute for every chakra and finish on the crown chakra which lies on the top of your head. The crown chakra needs one minute of meditation and doing this type of meditation regular will ensure prosperous life.
